Our Mission

At Your Chinese Zodiac, our mission is to guide you on a journey beyond the animal signs. While the Chinese Zodiac offers a fascinating glimpse into your personality, it is merely the gateway to a far deeper and more precise system for understanding your life's path: the ancient science of Bazi, or the Four Pillars of Destiny. We bridge this profound wisdom with a modern, empowering approach, providing you with a clear guide for personal growth.

The idea for Your Chinese Zodiac wasn't born in a remote temple, but in a bank in Brooklyn. In September 2024, our founder was meeting with a bank manager. In passing, she remarked, "I'm a Tiger." Pulling out his iPhone, he did a quick calculation based on her Zodiac animal. "That means you were born in 1998," he replied. A moment of shared astonishment filled the office. "You have to build something," she insisted. That single moment of connection—a bridge between the familiar Chinese Zodiac and the deeper system behind it—became our guiding light.

We are not here to tell your fortune. We are here to provide you with a map.

Our approach blends the mathematical precision of the Bazi system with the empowering language of modern psychology. We believe that by understanding your core energies—your elemental balance, your innate archetypes, your hidden potentials—you gain the power to navigate your life with greater confidence, purpose, and harmony. Your destiny isn't a fixed point, but a dynamic path. Let us help you read the signs.

This belief in universal balance extends beyond our work. To honor this core principle, we are proud to be part of Stripe Climate, contributing 1% of every purchase to fund permanent carbon removal. It's our commitment to ensuring that our journey to personal, inner harmony also contributes to the healing and harmony of our planet.
